This 1890's villa has had a complete renovation. Our clients engaged us to transform the well-worn space into their forever home. We aimed to create a space that was modern and functional that still embraced the timeless charm and character of the original villa. To achieve this in the kitchen we used a modernised slim panelled door in a soft blue finish. The colour is offset with striking natural oak veneers and solids and black detailing. Slim marbled benchtops and splashbacks in subtle grey hues give an edge of sophistication and class. We achieved an optimal kitchen layout though the reconfiguration of the hallway doors. The stunning feature island incorporated a drop-down dining table crafted from solid oak. Appliances, flooring, special planning, and joinery detailing have all been thoughtfully designed to create a practical and beautiful space to give this stunning old villa a new life.
HIDEAWAY LAUNDRY
The generous laundry, which doubles as a scullery space is tucked behind Hafele pocket doors to keep everything tidy. We paired the laundry with the same elegant features as the kitchen to create seamless transition between the spaces.

LAVISH DETAILS
The ceiling bulkhead was crafted with beautifully crafted oak battens. It was designed to offset the high stud and bring a warm and intimate feeling into the kitchen and dining area.
A stunning brass and smoke glass pendant was mounted from the bulkhead and fames the island perfectly.
bathroom opulence
We designed and crafted a custom vanity from oak veneer to perfectly fit the space and provide optimal storage for our clients. The look is completed with open curved shelving and knurled brass handles.
A contrasting tiled ledge frames the room creating a practical storage ledge. A mix of white and black marbled tiles was chosen to create a clean and sophisticated palate. The gold veins in the tiles perfectly complement the brass tapware to create a harmonious and balanced bathroom.
luxury ensuite
Golden hues bring an intense sense of luxury to this ensuite. Rich brass tapware and bold marbled tiles are perfectly harmonised. A petite custom oak vanity shelf allows the smaller space to feel spacious and light.
